Active users are being logged out after 30 days and there's a limit to the number of registered devices a user could log in with. This affects all Splunk Mobile users. A fix is in progress for Splunk Cloud Platform version 9.0.2211 and Splunk Enterprise version 9.0.3. Workaround: Navigate to Settings > Tokens and delete all tokens from the cloudgateway audience, and make sure each user has a maximum of 2 registered devices. |
2 November 2022 | MAA-3538 |
On some Android devices, using the in-app camera to log in using the QR code method does not work. Using the default camera app to scan the QR code to log in also doesn't work on the first try. Workaround: Use an alternate login method such as authentication or SSO. Or, scan the QR code using the default camera app again. |
See Visualization support in the Splunk Secure Gateway Release Notes manual for a list of supported visualizations and configurations.
