Fixed issues

The following issues were fixed in maintenance releases of the universal forwarder.

7.0.3

Version 7.0.3 was released on March 22, 2018. No new universal forwarder issues are fixed in this release.

7.0.2

Version 7.0.2 was released on January 29, 2018. This release fixes the following universal forwarder issues.
