Splunk MINT is no longer available for purchase as of January 29, 2021. Customers who have already been paying to ingest and process MINT data in Splunk Enterprise will continue to receive support until December 31, 2021, which is End of Life for all MINT products: App, Web Service (Management Console), SDK and Add-On.

Known issues

Publication date Defect number Description
2015-10-15 MI-3273 The MINT SDK for iOS crashes when initializing the Google Places SDK, which calls a custom method that doesn't exist in the interceptor class for the MINT SDK.

To work around this issue, disable network monitoring before initializing the Google Places SDK by using the disableNetworkMonitoring method. For details, see Disable network monitoring for URLs.

2015-11-14 MI-3411 The SDK Symbolicator doesn't support stacktraces that include Swift libraries.
2016-02-28 MI-3687 The app crashes when initializing the MINT iOS SDK.
2016-03-01 MI-3688 The app crashes on the call to [MintProperies newFileNameForType].
