Cancel Search

If you feel that your search is taking to long to complete or you simply want to stop the search you can cancel the search. To cancel a search you should click the Splunk logo in the upper left-hand corner. This will stop the active search for your session. It will not impact the searches that other users are running.


To to see which searches are running and be able to cancel them append /v3/splunk/ps to the URL. This will provide a list of all running searches and allow you cancel them.
