Splunk's new, extensible interface allows applications to create their own custom Splunk environment. The app-centric install allows apps to have their own install views to prompt the administrator to configure them so they can be immediately useful.

Benefits

App creation, management and deployment are easier and more manageable through Splunk Manager. Create, develop and update apps through a single UI.
