Splunk Manager enhancements

This feature delivers the following improvements to Splunk Manager:

New Splunk Manager screens for configuring lookups, tags, workflow actions, field aliases, sourcetype renaming, field extraction related transforms, deployment client and server status
Set a default app by role or by user via the user interface
Easily move objects between apps
Run searches directly from Splunk Manager
Added ability to tell server to stop reporting a need to restart
Users are more clearly informed which app they are saving their objects to while using Splunk Manager
More robust set of messages on configuration change and troubleshooting configuration issues
Ability to set host, source, sourcetype and index for all data input types
