Splunk provides support for the latest versions (not previous versions) of free apps and add-ons that are built by Splunk and designated as "Splunk Supported" on Splunkbase.

Be sure to upgrade to the latest version of the app or add-on available on Splunkbase before filing a Splunk Support ticket using the Splunk Support Portal.
