Fixed issues in Splunk IT Service Intelligence

Splunk IT Service Intelligence 4.0.0 was released on October 1, 2018. This release includes fixes for the following issues. Issues are listed in all relevant sections, so some issues might appear more than once.


Adaptive Thresholding

2018-09-18 ITSI-660 Separate non-clustered ITSI search heads that forward data to the same indexer layer not supported because the data from each of the ITSI search heads is stored in the same indexes resulting in duplication of data.
2018-08-03 ITSI-1112, ITSI-1329 After you add 10 thresholds to a KPI, the 'Add Thresholds' button disappears.

Backup/Restore and Migration Issues
