Fixed issues in Splunk IT Service Intelligence

The following issues are fixed in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) version 4.0.4.

Notable Events

Date resolved Issue number Description
2018-12-11 ITSI-2045 The episode owner reverts back to Unassigned after you acknowledge a notable event and then close the episode.
2018-12-11 ITSI-1980 You can't close an episode that contains only one notable event.
2018-12-06 ITSI-1961 Aggregation policy action rules occasionally pass empty results to episode actions.

KPI Base Searches

2018-12-04 ITSI-1915 When creating a KPI and selecting a metrics index, the dropdown reports the indexes from all members of the index cluster.

Service Definition

Date resolved Issue number Description
2018-12-04 ITSI-1868 Adding a "does not match" entity rule to a service disassociates the entities that are matched to the complete set of entity rules from the service.

Note: To trigger this fix, you need to run the kvstore_to_json mode 4 option.
