Fixed issues in Splunk IT Service Intelligence

Splunk IT Service Intelligence 4.4.3 was released on March 19, 2020. This release includes fixes for the following issues. Issues are listed in all relevant sections, so some issues might appear more than once.

Adaptive Thresholding

2020-03-05 ITSI-5925 When the Rules Engine restarts it does a peer participation failure check before backfill process. If there are any failures, the Rules Engine restarts 3 times.
2020-02-10 ITSI-5440 An error modal no longer appears if an episode action throws an error.

2020-02-13 ITSI-5055 When you import services through a service template, the KPIs are recreated, causing issues with anomaly detection and backfill.
2020-01-21 ITSI-5257 In the Operating System Module, some panels on the "OS Host Details" dashboard don't populate for Windows data.
