Removed features in Splunk IT Service Intelligence
This page lists computing platforms, browsers, and features for which IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) has deprecated or removed support in version 4.7.0.
What does "removed" mean?
When ITSI removes support for a feature, browser, or platform, it means that the feature, browser, or platform no longer works with the ITSI platform, and customers must find an alternative.
Classic glass table framework
You can no longer create or clone glass tables in the classic framework. You can still view and edit existing classic glass tables. All classic glass tables are labeled "classic" on the glass table lister page and new glass tables are labeled "new". You can convert your existing classic glass tables to the new framework using the upgrade option on the glass table lister page, which creates a clone of the original glass table in the new framework. You can then modify the new version of the glass table while still having the old version to reference. For more information about the new glass table editor, see Overview of the glass table editor in ITSI.
