On January 31, 2022, Splunk VR will reach its end of life. If you downloaded Splunk VR from the Oculus Quest or Rift Store, the app will disappear from your library on this date. If you downloaded Splunk VR from the Steam store, the app will still be available after this date, but might not function as expected. If you have questions, email splunk-vr@splunk.com.

Allow or limit access to Splunk VR

Depending on the headset you're using, you can limit access to Splunk VR by locking your computer screen or setting up an unlock pattern.

Allow or limit access with the Oculus Rift S

If you're using the Oculus Rift S, the computer that you downloaded Splunk VR on must be unlocked for users to start using Splunk VR.

If your computer screen is locked, then users cannot start using Splunk VR. Lock your computer screen to limit access.

Limit access with the Oculus Quest

If you're using the Oculus Quest, set up an unlock pattern to limit access.
