Add collaboration tools and resources to an incident 🔗

Use resources and collaboration tools to give responders quick access to any resources they might need when working the incident. Collaboration tools ensure that incident responders know where to go to collaborate with other responders to resolve an incident, such as a Slack channel or a conference bridge. Resources might include a runbook or other helpful resources.

Add resources to an incident 🔗

To add a resource to an incident, follow these steps:

  1. In Incident Intelligence, select the Incidents tab.

  2. Select the incident from the incident list.

  3. Select Add Resource.

  4. Enter a Title for the resource.

  5. Enter a URL for the resource.

  6. (Optional) Enter notes about the resource.

  7. Select Add.

To add a collaboration tool to an incident, follow these steps:

  1. In Incident Intelligence, go to the Incidents tab.

  2. Select the incident from the incident list.

  3. Select Add Collaboration Tool.

  4. Enter a Title for the collaboration tool.

  5. Enter a URL for the collaboration tool.

  6. (Optional) Enter notes about the collaboration tool.

  7. Select Add.
