Download and Use Splunk Mobile

As of the release of Splunk Mobile version 2.2.1, the Splunk Natural Language Platform (NLP) feature has reached its end of life. Splunk has removed the NLP feature in the Connected Experiences apps and will no longer develop NLP functionalities.

Download Splunk Mobile to receive actionable alerts with visualizations, rich push notifications, and view mobile-friendly dashboards.

Requirements

The following prerequisites are the minimum hardware and software requirements that support Splunk Mobile.

Component Minimum Requirement
iOS version iOS 11.2.5
Hardware iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, or later

Download Splunk Mobile from the App Store

Download Splunk Mobile from the App Store.

  1. On your mobile device, launch the App Store.
  2. Search for "Splunk Mobile."
  3. Tap the Splunk Mobile app.
  4. Tap Get.
  5. Log in with your Apple ID. Splunk Mobile installs on your device.

After you download Splunk Mobile, register your device. See Log in to a Splunk platform instance in a Connected Experiences app to get started.

Download the MDM-distributed Splunk Mobile app

If your organization has distributed Splunk Mobile using MDM and in-app device registration, follow the instructions provided by your administrator to download Splunk Mobile from your MDM provider's internal app store.

After you download Splunk Mobile, log into a Splunk platform instance. See Log in to a Splunk platform instance in a Connected Experiences app to get started.
