Troubleshooting in Data Manager

Troubleshooting tips include, but are not limited to, the following items that can assist throughout the onboarding process. See the following links for troubleshooting topics for each individual data input.

Troubleshoot Data Manager Logs

The Data Manager application logs can be found by navigating to /opt/splunk/var/log/splunk/data_manager_app.log.

Or using the Search and Reporting app, run the following search

index=_internal sourcetype="data_manager_app*"
