Splunk Edge Release Notes

Thank you for your interest in the beta release of the Splunk Edge. You can collect sensor data and stream it into a Splunk Cloud instance. To get started, see the following documentation:

What's New

Splunk Edge Hub version 0.10.0 has the following are new updates:

  • Support for USB External Camera for Person Detection Feature
  • Advanced Config Set-up flow for setting up Static IPs, NTP, Certificates etc (will probably want to be more thorough on this point)
  • Support for Splunk Bluetooth External Sensors that can pair to many hubs
  • Support for LTE Cellular connectivity (In new devices which have necessary hardware)
