Report debugging messages

When the debugger (LLDB and GDB) is on, the crash controller does not log any reports.

In standard mode, if your application is constantly crashing at or immediately after it starts, Splunk MINT might not get the chance to report the crash. Splunk MINT depends on the application to launch properly to perform reporting. In this mode, a demo app would need to run twice for the crash to be reported (not including any runs with the Debugger on).
