Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP 2.1.5

What's new?

  • In version 2.1.5 of the Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP, the scheduling UI for NetApp data collection has been moved to the Splunk Add-on for Netapp.
  • Data collection and Application UI have been separated in NetApp 2.1.5. Support for NetApp data collection is available with the Splunk Add-on for Netapp.
  • The Splunk Add-on for Netapp is required for data collection for the Splunk App for NetApp Data ONTAP versions 2.1.5 and later and for the ITSI Storage Module. See the installation and upgrade steps for more.
  • As of version 2.1.5 of this app, the SA-Utils package required on the search head, scheduler and DCNs has been replaced with SA-VMWNetAppUtils. For more information on upgrading from a previous version of NetApp see the upgrade steps in this manual.
