Splunk TV for Android and Fire TV release notes

The alpha version of Splunk TV for Android and Fire TV was released on June 24, 2020.

Splunk TV for Android and Fire TV lets you display, organize, and create dashboard groups on a TV that runs Android or Fire TV software. To use get started, see Download Splunk TV for Android or Fire TV and Use Splunk TV for Android or Fire TV.

Splunk TV for Android and Fire TV has the same user interface as Splunk TV for Apple TV. However, Splunk TV for Android and Fire TV additionally supports non-global level scoped form tokens, depends and rejects form token functionality, and native map visualizations.

Known issues

The following are known issues for this version of Splunk TV for Android and Fire TV:
