The field alias functionality is compatible with the current version of this add-on. The current version of this add-on does not support older field alias configurations.

Migration guide
If you previously installed the unsupported add-on, TA-imperva-waf, the Splunk Add-on for Imperva SecureSphere WAF automatically migrates the source type used in this add-on to the source type naming convention used in the Splunk Add-on for Imperva SecureSphere WAF. At search time, the Splunk Add-on for Imperva SecureSphere WAF automatically renames the old source type of imperva_waf
to the new source type of imperva:waf
so data previously indexed under the old source type can be searched with the new source type. No migration activity is required.
