New features

Version 1.2.2 of the Splunk Add-on for RSA SecurID Cloud Authentication Service has the following features.

  • Fixed the security vulnerabilities found in the certifi, urllib3, idna and cryptography libraries by upgrading their version from 2024.2.2 to 2024.7.4, 1.26.18 to 1.26.19, 3.6 to 3.7 and 39.0.1 to 42.0.8 respectively.
  • Verified the compatibility with the Ubuntu and Windows OS.
  • IPv6 support and the Splunk Add-on for RSA SecurID CAS is now compatible with Splunk running on the IPv6 environment.
  • Support of py3.9
