View reports in Splunk Mobile

You can view, search for, favorite, and share reports in Splunk Mobile.

Requirements and prerequisites

Interacting with reports in Splunk Mobile requires the following minimum versions:

  • Splunk Mobile for iOS version 2.31.0 or Splunk Mobile for Android version 2022.6.7
  • Splunk Secure Gateway that ships with Splunk Cloud Platform 9.0.2205
  • Splunk Secure Gateway that ships with Splunk Enterprise 9.1

Complete the following steps before viewing reports in Splunk Mobile:

View a report

Here's how to view a report in Splunk Mobile:

  1. In the Splunk Mobile app, navigate to the Reports tab.
  2. Navigate the tabs to view all reports, scheduled reports, or favorited reports.
  3. Select a report to view it.

Search for a report

Here's how to search for a report:

  1. In the Splunk Mobile app, navigate to the Reports page.
  2. Next to the Reports page title, select the search icon.
  3. Enter the name of the report you want to search for.
  4. The search results populate with matching reports. Select the report to view it.

Favorite a report

Here's how to favorite a report:

  1. In the Splunk Mobile app, navigate to the Reports page.
  2. Next to a report you want to favorite, tap the star icon. The report appears in the Favorites tab of the Reports page.

Share a report

Here's how to share a report:

  1. In the Splunk Mobile app, navigate to the Reports page.
  2. Navigate to a report.
  3. Tap the share arrow icon.
  4. Share the report however you want to.
