for Splunk Cloud Platform allows you to quickly and easily configure data ingestion from a variety of data sources. Data Manager features an intuitive user interface, automation of prerequisites such as scripts to set up resources in the data source, functional intelligence relevant to the respective data source (for example, multiple accounts support in the AWS data source), and index-time transformation.

Data Manager ships as a built-in application in Splunk Cloud and is available in preview for Splunk Cloud Platform customers on the Victoria experience who choose AWS as their provider.

Data Manager is available on Splunk Cloud in the following AWS regions: US East Virginia, US West Oregon, UK (London), Europe (Dublin, Frankfurt, Paris), Asia Pacific (Mumbai, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo), and Canada (Central).
