Fixed Issues

The following issues have been resolved for this version of Splunk Enterprise Security.

SOLNESS-8568 App Import list instability on SHC installations (4.0.2)
SOLNESS-8463 Users that are not members of the Admin role should be informed that they cannot perform the ES setup
SOLNESS-8369 Users that are not members of the Admin role should not be able to use the CLI install command essinstall
SOLNESS-8252 Report: js charting issue (value overflow)
SOLNESS-8214 TAXII feed proxy authentication not working
