How to Use Splunk Security Content

Security content in the Use Case Library in Splunk Enterprise Security

The security content in the ESCU app is available directly in Splunk Enterprise Security through the Use Case Library. If you do not have ESCU installed, you might see some available analytic stories and a message prompting you to download and install the ESCU app for access to ESCU analytic stories. When new analytic stories are published, you must upgrade the ESCU app to get the new security content.

To view use cases from other apps in Splunk Enterprise Security, select the App filters. ESCUapp.png
