Install and use the Splunk Edge Hub mobile app

View a Splunk Edge dashboard

You can view Splunk Edge dashboards in the Laserbeak app in your Splunk-hosted Splunk Cloud instance or in the Splunk Mobile or Splunk AR app.

Prerequisites

  1. Download Splunk Mobile or Splunk AR. See Download Splunk Mobile for iOS or Download Splunk AR.
  2. Register your mobile device to a Splunk platform instance. See Register your device to a Splunk platform instance in the Use Splunk Secure Gateway manual

View a Splunk Edge dashboard in Splunk Cloud Platform

  1. Log into your Splunk Cloud instance using the credentials you received during onboarding.
    If the app doesn't automatically load, open the Laserbeak app.
  2. Select your Splunk Edge Hub from the drop-down selection to view its data.

  1. On your Hub, press the QR code icon.
  2. Press Splunk AR.
  3. In the Splunk AR app, scan the QR code on your Hub.
  4. Add your Hub as an asset.
  5. Scan the QR code again to view the Hub dashboard.

  1. In Splunk Mobile, open the dashboard named Edge Hub Sensor Dashboard.
  2. Select the Hub to view its dashboard.
