Fixed issues

The following issues were fixed in releases of the universal forwarder.

7.3.1

Version 7.3.1 was released on July 31, 2019. No new universal forwarder issues are fixed in this release.

7.3.0

Version 7.3.0 was released on May 30, 2019. No new universal forwarder issues are fixed in this release.
