Known Issues in Splunk IT Essentials Work

This version of Splunk IT Essentials Work has the following reported known issues and workarounds. If no issues appear below, no issues have yet been reported.

Issue number Description
ITSI-29672 KPI preview sometimes fails to render
ITSI-27751 Episode Review arbitrary search filter with AND & OR conditions fail to match events under certain scenarios
ITSI-26204 ITSI Default Scheduled Backup taking hours to complete after upgrade to 4.11.5 (it used to be minutes)


Workaround:
Run the following curl command to delete the entry in the collection itsi_migration_status:
curl -ku admin https://localhost:8089/servicesNS/nobody/SA-ITOA/storage/collections/data/itsi_migration_status -X DELETE
