Known issues in IT Essentials Work

This version of Splunk IT Essentials Work has the following reported known issues and workarounds. If no issues appear below, no issues have yet been reported.

Known Issues

Issue number Description
ITSI-15026 Entities discovered before entity types are added may have no entity type association.
ITSI-16870 Entity page doesn't load when IT Essentials Work is installed on search head cluster.
ITSI-17134 Create Maintenance Window wizard is not accepting custom time set and throws the error, "Start/End time date is invalid"
ITSI-17379 If the Citrix content pack is installed, upgrading from 4.9.0 to 4.9.2 throws a KPI base search error.
ITSI-17380 On a search head cluster with ITE work, if we access ITE Work via the search head url, we see ITSI as the application name.
ITSI-17901 After installing IT Essentials Work, receive an error of ERROR ExecProcessor - message from ""C:\Program Files\Splunk\bin\Python3.exe"
ITSI-18066 After upgrading, ITE Work throws an error that reads, "The Rules Engine will continue restarting until the upgrade has completed." To solve, disable itsi_event_grouping in SA-ITOA for ITE Work and enable it only after upgrading to ITSI.
