Troubleshoot access to the InfoSec app for Splunk
If you are not able to find additional apps like the InfoSec app for Splunk, you might have a problem with the Internet connectivity. You might need to configure a proxy server for access. For more information on how to configure Splunk to use your HTTP proxy server, see Configure splunkd to use your HTTP Proxy Server.
If you are unable to access the Internet, you need to install the apps manually using a two-step process. Download the apps from Splunkbase to your desktop and then, install the apps into your Splunk environment using Install app from file. However, you cannot install apps manually on Splunk Cloud.
