Fixed issues for Splunk App for Infrastructure

The following issues are fixed in the Splunk App for Infrastructure version 2.0.1.

2020-01-14 SII-5885 SAI is incompatible with the Splunk Add-on for Amazon Web Services.
2019-11-19 SII-5867 Upgrading TA VMware to 1.0.0 from 3.4.5, shows wrong value for "Collect data from all the hosts."
2019-11-18 SII-5813 The Splunk Enterprise 8.0.0 mstats command is case-sensitive, but SAI group filters aren't case-sensitive.
2019-11-18 SII-5897 A power user can't use default notification settings for webhooks or VictorOps for alert notifications.
2019-11-18 SII-6366 Windows Add Data script on Splunk Cloud is broken.
2019-10-31 SII-5779 The Memory usage widget shows fixed memory instead of actual usage.
