What's new in Splunk App for Infrastructure

These release notes apply to the Splunk App for Infrastructure (SAI) version 2.2.1. For compatibility information, see System Requirements for Splunk App for Infrastructure.

Version 2.2.1 is an on-premises and Splunk Cloud release, whereas version 2.2.0 was a Splunk Cloud only release. Version 2.2.1 also contains a performance optimization for Windows data. If you're an on-premises or Windows customer, it's recommended you upgrade to version 2.2.1.

New features

This version of SAI offers fixes to previously known issues. For more information, see Fixed issues for Splunk App for Infrastructure.
