Fixed Issues for the Splunk Phantom App for Splunk

The following issues are fixed in version 2.7.5 of the Splunk Phantom App for Splunk.

2019-05-21 PAPP-7245 App upgrade fails on a clustered environment in Splunk version 7.0.
2019-06-24 PAPP-6936 The sendalert sendtophantom works but returns error code 1.
2019-06-24 PAPP-6231 Cannot create, delete, or edit online server entries when any server on the list is offline.
