Release notes for Splunk Service Intelligence for SAP Solutions

Version 2.1.2 of Splunk Service Intelligence for SAP Solutions was released on July 14, 2021.

Fixed issues

This version of Splunk Service Intelligence for SAP Solutions has the following fixed issues. If no issues appear below, no issues have yet been reported.

Issue number Description
ITSI-17325 Unable to install Service Intelligence for SAP because ITSI is not installed.
AISAP-93 Data doesn't populate in the Log Level and Logs panels in the Debug dashboard.

Known issues

This version of Splunk Service Intelligence for SAP Solutions has the following known issues. If no issues appear below, no issues have yet been reported.

Issue number Description
ITSI-20438 Browser Page crashes when installing a large number of SAP Systems using the installation wizard.


Workaround: To avoid this issue, try installing/deleting fewer number of SAP systems at a time using the Installer dashboard. For instance, if your browser crashes while installing 50 SIDs at a time, try installing in batches of 5 SIDs.

ITSI-17706 In-Service Intelligence for SAP, when assigning more than one role to a user, the error of admin user not found is detected in the first step of Installer.


Workaround:
To avoid this issue and access the Installer dashboard, create users with only the admin or sc_admin role, and log in with that role.
