Release notes for the Splunk Metrics Workspace

Release date

The Splunk Metrics Workspace version 1.1.7 was released on October 2, 2019.

Compatibility

Version 1.1.7 of the Splunk Metrics Workspace is compatible with Splunk Enterprise version 7.3.2 and Splunk Cloud version 7.3.2.

Fixed issues

The Splunk Metrics Workspace version 1.1.7 fixed the following issues:

2019-06-14 MAW-2697 Time shift charts display the wrong time range when exported.
2019-08-21 MAW-2833 Metric dimensions with a hyphen in the name cause a "no data available" error.
2019-08-13 MAW-2844 Chart colors are not exported when saving a chart as a Report.

Workaround:
Navigate to "Manage Apps" Apps management page and click on Launch app. This should be a one time action only.
