2022-09-22 SSE-784 Content showing as successfully enabled even though not actually enabled
Workaround:

1. Run the following search in Splunk Security Essentials | outputlookup bookmark_lookup Alternatively, clear all bookmarks by selecting the link on the Security Content page.

2. Navigate to Setup > Content Introspection and select Content Introspection

3. Navigate to Security Content and check that Content Enabled: Yes
