Splunk Enterprise is not available for macOS, but a trial or free license version is available:

Splunk Enterprise availability has been removed for some operating systems

The universal forwarder is available for installation on these platforms, but Splunk Enterprise support was removed:

  • Solaris
  • FreeBSD
  • AIX
