Fixed issues in Splunk App for Stream 6.4.2.

Defect number Description
STREAM-2532 Stream events are timestamped with index time in distributed Splunk Enterprise environment. Note: This fix requires Splunk Enterprise version 6.3.1 or later.
STREAM-2298 Stream app periodically crashes when making global IP filter changes and traffic is >= 3Gbps.
