Resolved issues in Splunk App for Stream 6.5.1

Defect number Description
STREAM-2924 Easy Setup screen falsely reports "Unable to establish connection to localhost: Connection Refused" error.
STREAM-2915 Splunk_TA_stream fails to start on OS X if ./set_permissions.sh is called.
STREAM-2868 When using HEC Independent Forwarder configuration, a GZIP compression error appears.
STREAM-2855 Clicking "select all" on filtered list in Configure Streams UI still select all items.
STREAM-2833 Application not releasing resources at shutdown.
STREAM-2761 Inaccurate ResourceNotFound: [HTTP 404] error messages showing in splunk_app_stream.log.
