STREAM-3156	When installing independent Stream forwarder over SSL, the splunk_app_stream location is not updated to https in inputs.conf.
STREAM-3155	For custom extractions of HTTP, extraction name arbitrarily switches between the new extraction name and the original extraction name.
STREAM-3148	Unable to install independent Stream forwarder using curl command over SSL.
STREAM-3131	calling_station_id field is missing from Radius protocol.
STREAM-3085	Independent Stream forwarder sends events to indexers for streams in Estimate mode, in addition to collecting index volume stats.
