On August 31, 2022, the Splunk App for VMware will reach its end of life. After this date, Splunk will no longer maintain or develop this product. The functionality in this app is migrating to a content pack in Data Integrations. Learn about the Content Pack for VMware Dashboards and Reports.

Splunk App for VMware 4.0.3 release notes

Version 4.0.3 of the Splunk App for VMware was released on October 12, 2021.

What's New

Version 4.0.3 of Splunk App for VMware now uses jQuery v3.5.0. Splunk versions 8.2 and higher now use jQuery v3.5. This increases app security by fixing known cross-site scripting (XSS) and object prototype pollution related vulnerabilities.
