|
You can now generate threshold recommendations tailored to your KPI's historical data and powered by Splunk AI. Assisted thresholding significantly reduces the time it takes to manually configure KPIs, and helps you get started with adaptive thresholding and precise service monitoring. |

Collapsible service trees and enhanced filtering
|
The service tree is now enhanced to help you determine the root cause of service health score degradation. You can now filter services based on a minimum or maximum severity level, and collapse service trees for refined filtering. Additionally, use the Filter by Service Depth field to filter by the number of service dependencies, or hide services that are inactive when using the service tree view.

ITSI restoration process enhancements
|
When you create a new restore job in ITSI, you can now view any missing dependent objects in your backup file to prevent restore job failures. For more information, see Restore from a backup ZIP file.

New upgrade readiness pre-check
|
When you run an upgrade readiness pre-check on the ITSI Upgrade Readiness Dashboard, new pre-checks have been added to identify entities that are associated with deleted or non-existent services, detect issues with entity filtering, and recognize when the number of KPIs using a specific base search exceeds a limit. ITSI Health Check dashboard enhancements
|
The ITSI Health Check dashboard has been updated and reorganized to surface actionable information about your environment. Quickly drill down to specific knowledge objects and view the new dashboard panels that track recent refresh queue jobs, average CPU utilization, and more. Configuration menu enhancements
|
The options in the Configuration dropdown on the ITSI navigation menu are now organized into sub-menus for ease of navigation. You can navigate to the page that you need based on your use case (for example, service monitoring or event management).

Infrastructure Overview renamed to Entity Overview
|
The Infrastructure Overview page has been renamed to Entity Overview. This change is also reflected on the ITSI navigation menu.
