Known issues

The following are known issues in Splunk AI Assistant for SPL version 1.0.5. If no known issues are listed, no issues have been reported.

2025-01-10 SAIA-1363 The function of that App is working fine, but the history list display is broken. The results summarized in Japanese are displayed in Unicode

Workaround:
As a workaround, the user can manually rename the chat history to plain english text or Japanese text, whichever they prefer by clicking on the chat history panel on the left > Rename chat > Enter the name manually for the chat.


2025-01-09 SAIA-1351 There's been a significant spike in service usage on the customer's stack since the AI assistance addon was enabled, with an average of 220 services (SVCs) compared to the previous average of 160 SVCs.
