Release notes for the Content Pack for ServiceNow

The Content Pack for ServiceNow was released on February 22, 2022. This is the first release of the Content Pack for ServiceNow.

Version 1.0.0

These are the features of Content Pack for ServiceNow v1.0.0 included in the Splunk App for Content Packs v1.5.0:

New feature or enhancement Description
Dashboards The content pack includes 10 dashboards.
Entity types The content pack includes four custom entity types.
Entity seraches The content pack includes four entity searches.
Glass tables The content pack includes four glass tables that you can use to monitor your applications' performance at a high level.
Services and KPIs The content pack includes five services with 12 KPIs.
Service analyzer The content pack includes a preconfigured saved service analyzer view called ServiceNow - Service Analyzer that provides a visual representation of your ServiceNow services and the dependencies between them.
Vital metrics The entity types in this content pack contain a set of vital metrics which describe the overall performance of the entities within it.
