Release Notes for the Content Pack for ServiceNow

Version 1.1.0 of the Content Pack for ServiceNow was released on July 13, 2023.

New features

These are the features of Content Pack for ServiceNow v1.1.0 included in the Splunk App for Content Packs v2.0.0:

Before upgrading the content pack, refer to Upgrade to version 1.1.0 of the Content Pack for ServiceNow.

New feature or enhancement Description
Updated Glass Tables to newer version of UDF Glass Tables of the Content Pack now support version 25.1.0 of UDF.
Updated Entity Discovery Searches Entity Discovery Searches now produces more than one entity for Endpoint for the following ServiceNow Entity Types:
  • SNOW Incident
  • SNOW Event
  • SNOW Change Request
Introduction of macro-based indexes The Content Pack for ServiceNow is updated to support the macro-based indexes so that user can update the macro with the custom index (if any).
