View KPIs

To view the list of KPIs included in the content pack:

  1. From the IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) main menu, select Configuration, then Service Monitoring.
  2. Select Service Templates.
  3. In the Filter field, search for Cisco ThousandEyes.
  4. Select a Cisco ThousandEyes service template. Use the KPIs tab to view the KPIs for the service template.
