Release notes for the Content Pack for Windows Dashboards and Reports

The Content Pack for Windows Dashboards and Reports was released on February 17, 2022. The following sections describe the contents of version 1.0.1.

New features

New features of version 1.0.1 of the Content Pack for Windows Dashboards and Reports include the following:

New feature Description
Performance Improvements

This content pack has an updated regular expression for WinEventLog:Security to enhance performance.

The tSessions_collection collection was removed from this version of the content pack. The workstation column has been removed in the following dashboards:
  • Group Policy Audit
  • Group Policy Changes
  • Administrator Audit
Updated dashboards For troubleshooting windows infrastructure issues, users can now drill down to specific these dashboards that autopopulate in the Entity Overview dashboard when v1.0.1 of Content Pack for Windows Dashboards and Reports is installed:
  • Event Monitoring - Windows
  • Application Installs - Windows
  • Host Information - Windows
  • Network Activity - Windows
  • Services - Windows
  • Windows Update - Windows
New dashboard panel A new panel called Installs Over Time By Host is also added to the Application Installs - Windows dashboard.
