Saved searches for Splunk DB Connect

Splunk DB Connect includes the following saved searches.

To enable or disable a saved search:

  1. From the Settings menu, choose Searches, reports, and alerts.
  2. Under the Action column of the saved search, choose Edit > Enable/Disable to enable or disable it.
Name Purpose Action required
splunk_app_db_connect.apimetricscollector: calculate indexed data volume Calculates the amount of data indexed in your Splunk platform instance by sourcetype. Automatically enabled. No action required. Scheduled to run once daily at 20 minutes past midnight.
