Fixed Issues for DSP

This version of the fixes the CVE-2021-44228 and CVE-2021-45046 product security issues. For more information, see Splunk Security Advisory for Apache Log4j (CVE-2021-44228 and CVE-2021-45046). For upgrade instructions, see the Upgrade the Data Stream Processor in the Install and administer the Data Stream Processor manual.
