Add a custom dashboard

Splunk Enterprise Security includes a set of default dashboards pre-configured for use. You may want to modify these dashboards for your deployment, or create entirely new dashboards to reflect your security situation.

Create a new dashboard by navigating to Search > Dashboards in Enterprise Security. From the Dashboards page, follow the instructions in "Open the Dashboard Editor" in the Data Visualizations Manual in the Splunk Enterprise documentation.

Use the Navigation editor to change which dashboards are visible on the menu in your deployment. For more information, see "Navigation" in this manual.
